Course Description
This course builds on the basics of leadership and coaching in order for learners to hone their conversational leadership coaching skills. Students learn the strategies and concepts that enhance a leader’s ability to further develop coaching conversations by encouraging self-awareness, deeper relationships, increased performance levels, enhanced engagement, higher levels of motivation and sustainable change. Students learn when to use leadership skills and/or motivational coaching and how to conduct collaborative, behavioural and performance focused discussions.Relevant Programs
