Course Description

Overview of corporate procedures and documentation for name changes, special rights and restrictions (drafting alternatives), changes to Notices of Articles, and extra-provincial registrations under the Business Corporations Act. Prerequisites: Corporate Law - Basic Procedures (LEGL 1305).
