Course Description
In this course, students will learn to locate, interpret, and apply the rules and laws that govern family matters. Students will explore topics such as guardianship, parenting arrangements, child support, and issues that arise when relationships end. Students will learn to identify evidence and key factors in determining how family assets are divided.
