Program Spotlights

VCC is excited to partner with North Island College (NIC) on their Craft Brewing and Packaging program!

For students 19 years or older, the program includes five courses that provide direct experience in the brewing industry and hands-on practice with industry experts during a 48-hour practicum held at breweries across the Lower Mainland.

By the end of the program, students will have developed brewing recipes, handled and operated commercial brewing equipment, and discussed the economic fundamentals of operating a successful brewing business.
