At Camp VCC, we don’t just fill your child’s days — we spark their imagination, build their skills, and help them make new friends along the way.
Held at Vancouver Community College’s (VCC) Downtown campus, our week-long camps will be led by passionate, experienced VCC Summer camp counsellors, and supported by educators. They are designed to inspire and empower kids through hands-on learning.
August 18 – 22:
Cape & Couture Camp (Ages 7–9) - Campers design and create their own superhero or supervillain costumes in a week of imaginative fun.
Mixed Bag: A Sewing & Textiles Camp (Ages 9-12) - Campers will explore simple mending and sewing techniques, experiment with surface design, and create their own patchwork tote bags.
August 25–29:
Home Depot Jr Builders (Ages 7–9) - Campers explore hands-on building projects each day using Home Depot kits, crafting creative take-home masterpieces.
Circuit Masters Camp (Ages 9–12) - Campers build and bring home a working weather station and a programmable smart car while learning basic circuitry and coding.
Camp Hours: 9:00 AM – 3:00 PM
Before & After Care: Available for a small additional fee (8:00–9:00 AM & 3:00–5:00 PM)
