If you are an international student and would like to request a refund appeal, please refer to the International Education website. Refund appeals for international students cannot be processed through the Continuing Studies office.
Refunds are issued with a notice of three (3) full business days prior to the start date of the program/course. After three (3) business days prior to the start date of the program/course or after the program/course has started, no refunds are issued.
You may appeal a matter related to a tuition and fees refund in two circumstances:
a. You do not believe a refund has been calculated properly based on the criteria established under Policy D.3.4.
b. You are withdrawing from a course/program after the deadline for written notification but believe there are extenuating circumstances. Grounds for appeal may include but are not limited to: serious illness, subpoena, or family bereavement.
Steps to submit an appeal related to a refund:
1. Complete a Refund Appeal Request form and upload along with all supporting documents via "Upload my documents"
2. Add the $35 Administrative fee to your cart and complete checkout by paying the fee
A decision will be rendered in writing within 30 days, and all decisions are final.
