Enables students to master due diligence for asset and share purchases; assets and share purchase agreements; large-scale corporate restructuring procedures; shareholder, partnership, and joint venture agreements; and s.85 rollovers. Prerequisite: Corporate Law - Advanced Procedures (LEGL 1308).
