General overview of the trial process in the Supreme Court of British Columbia including post-trial procedures, enforcement of judgments, pretrial resolution procedures, drafting of affidavits and principles relating to document privilege. Prerequisites: Litigation for Paralegals 1 (LEGL 1301).
