An experiential and self-reflective approach will provide students in this course with the foundational knowledge for stress reduction, mental clarity, better focus, and a healthy mind. Strategies utilizing Nature, Writing, Art, Cultural and Meditation Practices will help students develop self-awareness and stress management skills required in daily life. This course is open to health care workers, students, families, and anyone else seeking stress reduction techniques in a time of uncertainty.
