Application Fee

$100.00

* Once the application is filled out a payment of $100 must be made to complete the submission. This payment will be applied toward the full cost of your camp. The remaining amount it will be invoiced to you once your application is accepted. The remaining amount due may be paid online or in-person 2-weeks prior to camp start.

Full-week camps are priced at $395 with an optional fee of $75 for Before & After Care.

Once an application is submitted, you may still make changes to it while it is in the submitted status.

Withdrawal and Refund: A $35 administration fee (per camp, per child) applies to all VCC Camp withdrawals. A full refund (less a $35 administration fee (per child, per camp)) will be issued if the request to withdraw is made at least 10 business days before the camp start date. Requests made at least 5 business days before the camp start date will be refunded at 50%, less a $35 administration fee (per child, per camp). No refund is provided after the camp/program start date unless there are extenuating circumstances. In such cases a written request for refund or a credit toward another camp, accompanied by appropriate documentation (i.e., medical note), must be submitted to the Continuing Studies Registrar's Office (continuingstudies@vcc.a). No refund is provided for days missed or forgotten camps.
